As a massage therapist, I was experiencing headaches and pain in my neck and shoulder joints from tension/bad habits/posture. Hector’s water pad treatment is the only therapy that works for me – immediately relieves the tightness and tension and has the effect of completely relaxing me mentally and physically. The treatment involves lying on water pads and having water pads placed on top of the body, thinking of an emotional/difficult past event and then a gentle manipulation of neck/legs is carried out, which frees up the tension the body holds. The emotional release means that I have a lot less tension when thinking of that memory. My whole body felt looser, like jelly and this carried on for a couple of weeks. I had no headaches or shoulder pain. Amazing and fascinating – you won’t believe the results can be so immediate and effective ‘just’ from the benefits water provides. Highly recommend for a completely unique mental and physical treatment.

I have suffered with diagnosed chronic migraine for decades and, more recently, occipital neuralgia. Over the years, I have had to try many different medications and treatment approaches, both through the NHS and privately, to manage my symptoms. However, I never felt my migraines were truly under control.

I first had dive reflex treatment with Hector five months ago and have been attending once a month since then. The improvement has been huge. Before starting treatment, I felt migrainey most days and regularly experienced painful neck and neuralgia symptoms. I now only have one or two days of migraine symptoms a month.

I have also been able to stop some of my other interventions and gradually taper down medication that I had been taking for eight years, with the aim of coming off it entirely soon.

This treatment has been life-changing for me, and I am very grateful for Hector’s care and support.

Hector uses a number of more traditional techniques along with new innovations to help his clients, including his Dive Reflex Technique. Have a look at the video to find out more about this exciting new method.
