Be Prepared to Discuss

  • The detailed history of your current complaint
  • Your past medical and family history
  • Your current lifestyle and daily habits

While some questions may seem unrelated at first, they are crucial for building a complete picture of the underlying factors contributing to your condition. This allows your practitioner to formulate a precise plan tailored to your needs.

What will happen at the first appointment?

Following our discussion, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate your posture, mobility, and musculoskeletal function.

For this reason, we kindly ask that you wear loose, comfortable clothing such as a T-shirt and jogging pants or leggings to your appointment.

Will I need to sign a Consent Form?

Your comfort and understanding are our top priorities. Before any treatment begins, your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment plan in detail. We will ensure you are fully informed and have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

You may be asked to sign a consent form to confirm that you are happy to proceed with the recommended treatment.
