Answer this question, did we ever live under water?
Answer: most people are confused by the question and say no, but we did.
The first 9 months of life we lived with amniotic fluid around us, not breathing and certainly not fretting about ‘threats” that was all taken care of by your mother.
So the bulk of neurological growth and establishment occurred under water. So the natural growth environment of your body was in a subaquatic environment?
Question 2;
does your body’s physiology behave differently under water?
You are likely not to be sure of the answer, because you don’t really recognise water on you surface other than hot or cold, that about it. However there is a far greater recognition to water in your physiology.
So in the clinical setting water place on you will make your physiology respond as if it is back in the uterus, this is a ‘primitive reflex ’ best understood as the “Dive Reflex”, it is basically a “factory stetting” for the most relaxed state for your physiology.
So this is the most powerful observation, treat the patient with water (in bags) on their body and you will get a more responsive treatment.
Treat children with water under/on them the “dive reflex” is even more powerful.
Hector uses water for this reason.
